Develop Group

For over 20 years, the group of companies has been successfully performing a full cycle of construction, management and development of commercial properties, including all kinds of real estate promotion.

Our key direction is the construction of warehouse premises and shopping centers.
The major areas are Moscow and the Moscow region.

Develop Group is the developer of Construction trading house “Petrovich”, the leading domestic DIY-retailer in the Moscow region. During the collaboration with CTH “Petrovich”, there were four construction complexes built on federal highways: Novorizhskoe, Simferopolskoe, Novoryazanskoe and Entuziastov highway. The project on Dmitrovskoe highway is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021. Close cooperation with the CTH “Petrovich” team allows Develop Group to implement projects at the proper technical level in the shortest time possible. Due to this partnership, we can use improved solutions while constructing each facility. According to the approved development plan for the Petrovich building centers network, our company intends to launch at least three facilities by 2023.
