Develop Group has implemented more than 10 projects for shopping centers of various formats, ranging from 4,000 to 50,000 sq.m.

The key trend in the commercial real estate construction is the implementation of regional format shopping centers up to 15,000 sq.m. The internal facilities are centered on regular visits of the customers and ensuring their key needs within walking distance from home.

According to marketing research, in the post-pandemic period, small district-type shopping centers showed greater resistance to external turbulence and quickly restored attendance indicators, despite the ban on entertainment and sports as means to attract additional traffic. Novoizmaylovsky shopping and entertainment center proved the numbers.

Our tasks are related to the development in the construction of small shopping and entertainment centers with a well-thought-out concept and marketing aimed at the audience of the area. In addition to large anchor tenants (grocery retail, children’s goods, household appliances, essentials including), state organizations such as the MFC and post offices can be represented in regional shopping and entertainment centers.

Due to the closeness to its potential audience and a good understanding of its real needs, this format attracts tenants with a higher number of “quality” visitors.
